  • Is there a limit on the credits? Yes - each day and many times throughout the day - the availability of these credits changes. Some times there may be as many as 20 or 30 credits available, other times maybe only 2 or 3.

How does the process work?

  • The first step is to check the availability of the credits to make sure you can get one.
  • Next, fill in your name and email and click the submit button to reserve your credit and download the worksheet.
  • Third, fill out the worksheet form completely and email the completed form back to us.
  • One of our consultants will call you to schedule your consultation.

How long is the reservation good for?

  • You only have 3 days to complete the worksheet and email it back, once it is received, your reservation is extended another 5 days to allow us to reach you and set up your appointment.
